  • We’re happy to allow shared trip fees when cliens are on the same property and both have scheduled appointments with us.

  • Ideally, we reccomend scheduling as early as possible since our availability can fill up quickly. Typically, we book a month out. Sooner the better so we can try our best to accommodate your request.

  • For ongoing medical questions, the best way to reach Dr.Rigdon is by texting our office. (904) 228-6644. He will respond as soon as possible, typically within 48 hours, either by test or email. Due to busy clinical schedule, response times may very.

  • To maintain an active client relationship and remain eligible for ER coverage, Dr.Rigdon requires a yearly visit. This includes a herd visit for livestock clients and an annual exam for equine clients.

  • ER coverage ensures that established, active clients are able to receive emergency veterinary care from Dr.Rigdon when urgent situations arise. This helps us provide timely care and prioritize patients we have an ongoing relationship with, so we can better understand their medical history and needs. ER coverage is available to clients who maintain their annual visit requirements.

  • Call our regular office number and listen to the voicemail for instructions on reaching our after-hours emergency line. Leave a detailed message, and Dr.Rigdon will return your call as soon as possible.

    Please note: the emergency number changes periodically and should not be saved.

  • We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, credit card (+ 3/5% cc fee), venmo, cash app and Care Credit.

  • If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let our office know. We request the courtesy of at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations so that we may schedule another appointment in your place or a canclation fee will be applied.
